The same questions, every time
Production companies, agencies and planners ask the same questions before every event: floor plans, capacities, rigging points, screen specs, power, access. Your team answers them in emails, attaches PDFs that may or may not be current, and then answers them again for the next client.
The details that take the longest to find, such as which screens are where, at what resolution, and how the branding screens are controlled, are also the easiest to misplace when staff change.

Share it on your terms
Instead of sending attachments, you share your pack through a secure link at a /p/ address. Links can be created for a specific request with an expiry date, so a client sees your information for as long as they need it and no longer.
Why it's free for founding venues
We're building the most useful source of venue information for event professionals, and that starts with a group of founding venues. Founding venues get their pack free while we grow. Event professionals already come to Business Event Space for free tools and supplier listings, and venue packs give them a reason to choose venues that make their job easier.
How it works
Getting started is straightforward. We talk with your team about your spaces and the questions you get most often. You share the floor plans, tech packs and information you already have, and we organise it into a clear pack, filling gaps with your team's help. Once it's live, you share links with clients, and we keep the pack up to date as things change, such as new screens, a refurbished room or a changed load-in route.
Throughout, the information stays yours. You decide who receives a link, and links can be created for a specific request and set to expire.

What does it cost?
Founding venues get their venue pack free. Pricing for later venues hasn't been set yet, and we'll be clear about it before anything changes.
What do you need from us?
Access to your existing floor plans, tech packs and someone on your team who can answer questions. We do the gathering and organising.
Who can see our information?
The people you share a link with. Links are created for specific requests and can be set to expire.
Does this replace our website?
No. A venue pack sits alongside your website and gives event clients the practical detail most websites don't cover.
